Will I get the same person
We endeavour to send the same person on each visit, however due to holiday/illness, we may need to send another member of our reliable team to support you.
What is the minimum amount of hours I could have a week?
We take into account the needs of each client/job individually and added to the fact that we provide more than just a cleaning service our minimum amount of hours could be as little as 1 hour per month.
How do I make payment?
For a one off service, payment is usually required immediately after completion of the work be it cash, cheque or BACS. Regular services can be paid for by cash or cheque on the day or by BACS within seven days of receiving our invoice.
I require a service that is not listed on your website, can you deliver it?
If you can’t see the service you require, then please contact us, we may be able to help you.
I worry about people coming into my home. What is your staff vetting procedure?
Our staff are interviewed in their own home, have a CRB/DBS check and at least two references are followed up. All staff undertake training including the use of natural cleaning methods.
Is there a minimum contract agreement?
We don’t want to tie you in to long or complicated contracts. However, should you wish to cancel our services we do ask for a general notice period. This is usually one month, however this may be less depending on your frequency of visits.
